Which areas does DCD Earthworx service?
Taylors Hill and the surrounding north-western and northern Melbourne suburbs — including Sydenham, Hillside, Taylors Lakes, Keilor Downs, Keilor Park, Keilor Lodge, Diggers Rest, Tullamarine, Sunbury, Greenvale, Mickleham and Craigieburn. Get in touch if you are just outside this area.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Quotes are free and no obligation. Call or message with your address, what you need done and a couple of photos, and you will get a price back.
Are you insured?
Yes, DCD Earthworx carries public liability insurance. Certificate of currency is available on request.
Will your machine fit through a standard side gate?
In most cases, yes. The compact machines used for backyard work fit through an opening of roughly one metre. Let us know your access and it can be confirmed before the job.
Do you remove the soil and material you dig out?
Yes. Spoil can be spread on site or loaded and carted away for proper disposal — just say which you prefer when you get a quote.
How much does site levelling or excavation cost?
It depends on the size of the area, how much material moves, ground conditions and site access. Most small residential jobs are quoted as a half-day or full-day rate. Send through the details for an accurate price.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Small jobs can often be fitted in within a week or two. Get in touch early for larger jobs or if you have a fixed date you are working to.
